Before founding StageOne, he co-founded and managed two corporate VCs as part of IDB (Israel’s largest conglomerate) estimated at $150 Million in investment portfolio and was personally involved in early stage IT investing totaling over $1 billion in exit value.

Yoav headed Corporate Development at Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO), leading the company's M&A and venture investment activities related to about a third of Cisco's business. Tal brings two decades of experience in technology, management, and investments at major corporations. He led Israeli and Russian investments and acquisitions at Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO), overseeing an investment portfolio of over $400 Million, with acquisitions that included two of Cisco’s largest in Israel, valued at $6 Billion. A graduate of Israel’s top training program Talpiot, Tal served in the IDF for a decade, leading technology innovation in the Elite Technology Unit of the Intelligence Corp.
Tal holds vast experience in managing and guiding the financial operations of established companies and nascent businesses. Prior to joining StageOne, Tal led the financial controls of several VC funds at Clal Industries and Investments, a leading investment conglomerate.
Rami brings a decade of experience in leadership and investing roles within the tech sector in Israel and the US. He served as Vice President at FIMI (Israel largest PE fund), was an active participant on several leading boards, co-founded a US based startup in the tech-travel space, and was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley focusing on technology companies. Rami was team lead in the Israeli Navy SEALs.
As a professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Tel-Aviv University, Meir is recognized internationally as an authority in signal processing, communication, and information theory. He was a visiting Professor at MIT, and is currently an IEEE Fellow, having earned several academic awards. Meir’s academic career is also complemented by a rich entrepreneurial track record, as the founder of Peach Networks (acquired by Microsoft), and the co-founder of Bandwiz and Amimon.
Benny is one of the most prolific serial B2B entrepreneurs in Israel. He co-founded PentaCom (acquired by Cisco in 2000), P-Cube (acquired by Cisco in 2004), Qumranet (acquired by RedHat in 2008), and Ravello Systems (acquired by Oracle in 2016). Benny also acted as a seed investor, mentor, and chairman in several startups beyond those he had founded.
Einat heads our office operations, holding the indispensable job of supporting the entire StageOne team and keeping things running smoothly across the different silos of the company. She specializes in bringing large-scale projects to life, teamwork management, and coordinating employee welfare, applying her vast hands-on experience gained in leading administrative positions at global companies ICQ, Varonis, Perion, prior to joining StageOne.
